Improvement of accuracy and production efficiency by using bearing bushes

In order to improve the positioning accuracy of the mold, bearing bushes are used for the guides. This allows for decreasing the clearance to a very small level of 0.005 mm. The static positioning clearance between parts that have been mated with each other would be below 0.002 mm. Since there is no sliding part that may be worn, the conventional maintenance frequency of 1 month can be extended to 6 months or more. As a result, the production efficiency has been improved.
