Air vents and periodical cleaning
In order to discharge corrosive gas, air vents of 0.02 to 0.005
mm in thickness are provided in the area where gas is driven in.
The air vents should be periodically cleaned to keep them free of
clogging. To do so, immerse the metallic part in a strong alkaline
solution at high temperature to break the contaminated layer on
the surface. Let the broken pieces adsorbed to hydrogen generated
by electrolysis and then use ultrasonic vibrations to separate them
from the surface. This allows for completely eliminating contamination
from the air vents. |
