Sansyu Precision H.K. Ltd., the largest overseas company of the group, was established as the first overseas production site in 1987. The company is specialized in precision molding of micro parts, having a total of 117 small molding machines with clamping force of 70 kN (7 tf) or 190 kN (18 tf). Its annual production exceeds 1.2 billion pieces. In addition to a molding line, there is Mold Making Dept for making new molds as well as for reparing existing molds. State-of-the-art mold making machines and measuring equipment are equipped.
The production devices and quality control systems are automated through the company's developed theories and technologies to ensure the thorough rationalization of production. The production management personnel is now able to maintain stable quality and productivity through the management of the entire range from mold machining to molding for each product item.
