Hungry feed
In the extruder, the feeding section is not markedly worn by resin
fed exceeding the melding capacity, because the sub-feeder suppresses
feeding excessive resin, i.e., feeds resin just in time. This concept
has been applied to the injection molding. The hungry feed of resin
prevents the cylinder and screw from being worn and allows the steam
generated in the cylinder to be spontaneously discharged to the
hopper. |
