Contamination due to carbonation of resin
Carbonization of resin in the cylinder occurs because hydrogen,
a substance reactive to oxygen, and oxygen are separated from the
content of the resin and then the most stable carbon remains. Inclusion
of oxygen causes contamination on the screw and the cylinder, increasing
the number of molding defects and the maintenance cost. |
