Secondary cooling system indispensable for precision molding
For precision molding, cooling water must be maintained at a constant
temperature (37+/-1ºC) to completely eliminate corrosion, scale,
and slime. This is achieved by the secondary cooling system in which
the water system for the molding machine exchanges heat with the
cooling tower via a plate type high-efficient heat exchanger so
that a completely closed circuit can be formed. Since the medium
never be exposed directly to atmospheric air, the temperature remains
stable and any inclusion of impurities causing deterioration can
be eliminated (the secondary cooling system is made by Functional Fluids Ltd.). |
