Quality control system
A quality control information system has also been developed by
ourselves. Its touch-panel type LCD motor enables the user to directly
enter data in real time and automatically calculate the detailed
data on the quality of each product and the inventory and shipping
data.
In order to facilitate identifying the product at acceptance, a
photograph of the product in the carton in addition to its specification
is affixed to the carton to be delivered. Our efforts are made not
only to improve the quality of products, but to improve the quality
of the production system as well. |
