Improvement of accuracy of production efficiency by using bearing
bushes
Bearing bushes have been assembled to the supporting
section of the leader pin for the ejector so that a clearance of
0.005 mm can be achieved. Although the typical ejector requires
maintenance every 3 months, this maintenance frequency has been
extended to 12 months or more, contributing to the improved production
efficiency. |
