Decrease of dust by pressurizing clean air
In order to maintain the air at the factory clean and decrease the
dust content, the method of supplying filtered outdoor air with
a compressor to maintain the factory at a pressurized state would
be effective. In this method, dust traps, air curtains, and plastic
curtains are provided to minimize the intrusion of dust. This enables
the count of suspended dust particles of 0.5 um or larger at the
factory to be suppressed to 1/5 times as low as the corresponding
count in outdoor air.
